I wish to express our ( my wife & I ) appreciation and to thank you sincerely for helping us to get the BMW540i we both wanted. I have to confess that I was a bit hesitant and not mention reluctant to sign the purchase contract , just the thought of importation of a vehicle, especialy not knowing what I am to expect or what I was getting into??????. Must say it was a little scarey. However it was your courteous , obliging attitude and professionalism that convinced me to take the plunge and now I'm glad that I did , all thanks to you.Needless to say you made so simple and easy , the whole task fell in place perfactly and the end result was so efficient , even the delivery was within the time frame. Couldn't have done any better.I also must complement that during the entire excercise your customer relation was extremely impressive and very approachable.
Despite few issues that eventuated from pre-check -------- was imediately attended to and was repaired/replaced in a very professional and promptness manner.
I Have no hesitation recommending you , your company to any one requiring to purchase car or service etc,etc
